Screen Printing
Screen Printing
Your brand deserves to stand out. Caution labels need to be precise and clear. A bold logo on your packaging can help to highlight your product when it sits on the store shelf. Screen printing on metal can help you effectively achieve these goals and much more!
Screen printing is a printing technique that applies ink onto a substrate by moving a blade or squeegee across a screen to fill the opening of the screen with ink.
Due to the complexity of our customers products and their detailed labeling requirements, Paradigm Manufacturing produces custom screens from synthetic polymers, such as nylon and frames made of steel or aluminum.
This enables our customers to label and convey regulatory requirements or other critical information. Such as, how to communicate critical process parameters such as time, temperature, pressure and or how to safely operate a sophisticated piece of equipment.
PMI uses custom, built-in-house, Flat-Bed screen press for our printing process.
