HUTTO, Texas, June 19, 2024, Paradigm Manufacturing broke ground on a 60-thousand-square-foot facility expansion to their Hutto building located at 1149 New Technology Blvd. The General Contractor, MW Builders, began construction on Monday, June 17th. The project is estimated to cost $10 million dollars and is scheduled to be completed by April 2025. This expansion is anticipated to create 50-75 jobs and increase the current workforce by 15-20%.
The expansion addresses the urgent need for more domestic semiconductor manufacturing to offload much of the production from international manufacturers.
“We are one of the top three largest employers in the city of Hutto, and we contribute to the economy and the industry here. It’s going to bring more visibility to the tech industry located in this part of central Texas,” said Chief Operations Officer Blain Ogea. “It’s a huge win for the city of Hutto for Paradigm [Manufacturing] to be advancing and looking for new opportunities in the semiconductor industry.”
